Mangalore Brinjal CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS: Brinjal, Coconut Oil, Green Chilli, Salt and tamarind

How to prepare:- First take brinjal and apply coconut oil to the outer portion of same and can be cooked in a steam or oven. Post the same, remove the skin of it. Once you are done with it, add coconut oil, smashed green chilli, liquid turmarind pulmp and at last salt for taste. Post adding all the above, you can smash nicely and serve it along with any of the main course.
